Within this module you will find a series of micro-trainings designed to enhance different aspects of your well-being, gain insight into the science and techniques of using your breath to improve overall health, learn how to calm your mind and reduce stress through specific breathing exercises for relaxation. You will discover ways to boost energy levels and combat fatigue by optimizing your breath, and manage stress and anxiety during high-pressure situations.

- Breathing for Health and WellbeingIn this micro-training you will learn how to develop an awareness of your breath. Many people breathe shallowly and unconsciously which can lead to stress, anxiety, and physical tension. By becoming aware of your breath you can take control and positively influence your mental and physical state. In this training you will learn how to use a breathing technique "deep breathing" which helps to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. What you will need: A quiet space or head-phones.1
- Breathing for RelaxationIn this micro-training you will learn how to use breathing for relaxation. You will discover that it is all about the rhythm and allowing your mind to create patterns in your breathing and the way how your body moves. You will learn the 'box breathing' technique and how to use it to cultivate a relaxation practice while also enhancing creativity. What you will need: Several sheets of paper, pencils, and colours (optional).1
- Breathe for EnergyIn this micro-training you will learn how to increase your body energy in a very efficient way. You could even substitute your morning coffee with this morning routine. What you will need: a place where you would not be disturbed.1
- Breathing Tips in Challenging SituationsIn this micro-training you will learn how you can use your breath to handle a situation where you feel stressed or in danger. The more you practise, the better you will become. What you will need: When first time doing this exercise, it is helpful to use a straw but not necessary. Use comfortable clothes.1
- Breathing for a positive futureIn this micro-training you will learn an easy SomaBreath® routine. You can practice this routine everyday to develop a habit of viewing the world in a more positive way by visualising what you want in life and enhancing your possibilities to make your wishes a reality. This technique will also help you improve your overall health. What you will need: Head-phones. A place where you are not disturbed. A yoga mat or bed (not using the pillow) could be useful if you prefer to lay down. Use comfortable clothes.1
- Breathing in NatureIn this micro-training you will learn the science behind the nature-based breathing exercises, experience the tranquility provided by nature and understand the importance of practicing mindfulness. You will participate in practical exercises designed to anchor you in the present moment, synchronize your breathing with nature and carry this serene human-nature connection into your everyday life. What you will need: Head-phones. Optionally a journal and a pen to write down your observations.1
